If your order status is set to Scheduled this means your unit has been entered onto our systems and added to order tracking, it will now be allocated a job number and sent via our internal systems to the factory, it will be allocated a Provisional shipping date, but this is liable to change as we may have stock or you may have requested customisations that will have an impact on shipping dates.
If your order status is set to building this means that your chassis requirement is not in stock and is being punched out in our factory, after it has been punched it will then be built and go to our spray shop and retuned to the factory for customising, this status should be set for around 5 β 7 working days and the delivery date will now be moved from provisional to anticipated.
If your order is set to Customising this means it has now been built, put together and painted, it has now been returned to the factory floor and will be fitted with itβs electrical systems, locks, doors, wheels and socket modules, the unit should be in this status for 3 β 5 working days and the delivery date is now CONFIRMED.
If your order status is set to dispatch this means that your unit has gone through all the required sections, it has not been packed and palletised and is awaiting collection from Pallet Force for shipping to the end user destination, the unit should leave the factory with 24 hours of a notification of dispatch and will delivered between 24 β 72 hours depended on the ultimate end user destination and country.
Please note that we will aim to dispatch on the projected shipping date, however dispatch may be up to 72 hours from the date given
