Standard Lifetime Product Warranty:
All the latest Keep It Secure trolleys now come with a lifetime product warranty. The warranty covers the trolley chassis and all key components and electrical devices/components for all parts and labour where fault or failure arises.

Years 2+
free parts and labour on a return to factory basis (transit is chargeable at £110.00 +VAT for collection and re-delivery for most UK mainland destinations). To minimise costs, we will always work with customers should a problem occur to find the most cost effective (on site) solution if possible.
For non UK customers, we would be pleased to advise about on-site repair and upgrade options. The particular design strength of our latest range of modular I-Series trolleys is that spare parts and upgrades can be easily carried out on-site, to ensure cost-effective resolutions.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does NOT include general wear and tear to wheels, rubber mats, handles, locks, keys & indicator lights (unless proven faulty), which are all susceptible to heavy wear and tear, and are more prone to accidental damage, over the lifetime of a trolley. These items can be replaced very easily onsite and we carry stocks of spare parts for immediate dispatch, which are chargeable unless the component is proven faulty. The warranty does NOT include all other parts and labour costs arising from any accidental damage caused to the trolley chassis, all key components and electrical devices/components. We also exclude items such as mains leads that have been damaged or pulled loose from the fixing. However, the latest Keep IT Secure models now ship with detachable kettle style power leads, and so damage to power leads should be very minimal if ever, as the leads can be disconnected when the trolleys are being moved.
We will always be as flexible as we can over and above our standard warranty commitments, and we always work with partners and customers to find a satisfactory and cost-effective solution should a problem arise.
